Exclusive Waterfront Estate

With 18 Hole Golf Course. Privately Yours. And Only Yours.

Limestone Bay Estate is a stunning 70-acre private waterfront property set along 3,200 feet of St. Lawrence River shoreline, overlooking the historic city of Kingston, Ontario. Originally conceived as a personal retreat in 1993, the estate reflects a long tradition of private country homes designed for extended stays - places where guests gather, share meals, and let days unfold naturally, shaped by the land and the season rather than by schedules.

The property features a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom main lodge with a chef’s kitchen, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom lighthouse, and an exceptional range of amenities, including a meticulously maintained private 18-hole golf course with carts, two pickleball courts, nature trails, disc golf, shuffleboard, and a hot tub. Limestone Bay is ideally suited for medium-sized gatherings of family, friends, or business associates, and is especially well suited for weddings and special events, with an elegant event hall that seats up to 48 guests.

Accommodation is available for up to 22 guests, with meals curated on site by Executive Chef Brad Long. With everything thoughtfully integrated into one remarkable setting, Limestone Bay Estate offers a rare, bucket-list experience - private, effortless, and complete.

Golf

Professionally maintained private 18 hole golf course

Checking in at just under 4,000 yards, our 18-hole design offers resort golf at its finest. Featuring nine greens and eighteen tee decks, the course is configured to create eighteen distinctly different holes, including eight par 4s, one par 5, and a set of memorable and challenging par 3s.

Meticulously maintained by our golf superintendent and his team, the course is reserved exclusively for you and your guests during your stay - no tee times, no outside play.

With private access and the freedom to play as many rounds as you wish, you set the pace of your experience, whether that means an early-morning loop, a relaxed afternoon round, or returning to the course as often as the day allows. Be prepared to use every club in the bag, and try not to let our panoramic shoreline views distract you from your game.
